Christmas break is over. I’m back into the thick of real life. The slowed pace of my writing reflects the decrease in free time and the accompanying slowed pace of religious contemplation. With the semester ending and a hyper, sweet three-year-old, my time is severely limited.
And it’s amazing how easy it is to fall into old habits. The sheen of a hoped-for belief has dimmed and in the midst of preparing semester exams and grading essays, I realize that this must be a priority or it won’t happen.
